Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all clients, we require advance notice for appointment changes.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service.
No-show appointments (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 30% of the scheduled service fee.
